Exercise of the Week: Superman

The superman is another great core exercise that strengthens your lower back! Lay on your belly and lift your legs and arms off the floor so that you are balancing on your belly button. Hold this position for at least 20 seconds.

At Home: Challenge your student to hold this exercise for a full commercial.
