Exercise of the Week: The Plank

The plank is a great exercise for building core strength! Using their stomach and back muscles students must hold their body flat as a board while balance on their hands and toes (this can also be done on their forearms). This is a great lead up exercise and will prepare your students for push-ups.
At Home: Challenge your students and time how long they can hold a perfect plank!
