Building our Cardio Vascular Endurance

Each day your student participates in warm-up activities that focus on four of the five components of fitness:
Flexibility
Muscular Endurance
Muscular Strength
Cardio Vascular Endurance
To work on their cardio vascular endurance students participate in jogging every day. We are working on increasing our endurance starting with short bursts of jogging followed by walking. Right now we have currently worked our way up to jogging for 40 seconds and walking for 30 seconds for a total of 7 minutes!
